DNP Holding increases stake in Tan Phu Viet Nam

DNP Holding plans to acquire 10,202,566 additional shares in Tan Phu Viet Nam JSC through a rights offering. This transaction, valued at VND 102,025,660,000, will occur between October 24, 2025, and November 14, 2025.

Prior to this transaction, DNP Holding held 22,955,774 shares. The rights issue is structured with a 9:4 ratio, meaning for every nine existing rights, one additional share can be purchased. Post-acquisition, DNP Holding's total shares in Tan Phu Viet Nam JSC are projected to reach 33,158,340, representing 51.01% of the company's charter capital.
