Transportation and Trading Services announces leadership change

Transportation and Trading Services Joint Stock Company (TJC) has announced the appointment of Mr. Ta Manh Cuong as its new general director and legal representative, effective November 15, 2025. Mr. Cuong, previously a member of the board of directors, will serve in this dual role until May 14, 2026. This appointment follows the board's resolution dated November 10, 2025.

Concurrently, Mr. Tran Trong Tam has been relieved of his duties as general director and legal representative, effective November 15, 2025. His relinquishment of duties aligns with his personal aspirations, as detailed in his resignation letter dated November 3, 2025. The board's resolution dated November 10, 2025, approved Mr. Tam's resignation and the termination of his position.

Mr. Tam is tasked with completing all necessary procedures, including signing documents and transferring assets and ongoing work to his successor. The board has authorized its chairman, Mr. Le Phuc Tung, to oversee the implementation of these changes and ensure compliance with the company's charter and legal regulations. This resolution became effective upon its signing.
