PetroVietnam Technical Services announces 7% stock dividend for 2024

PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) announced a 2024 stock dividend of 7% (100:7 ratio) from its undistributed after-tax profits for 2024. The final registration date for shareholders to exercise this right is November 28, 2025. This issuance will increase the charter capital from VND 4,779,662,900,000 to an estimated VND 5,114,239,300,000. Any fractional shares resulting from the distribution will be canceled.

The plan, approved by the general meeting of shareholders on October 29, 2025, and the board of directors on October 30, 2025, aims to strengthen the company’s capital structure for strategic investments, including offshore renewable energy projects. The State Securities Commission acknowledged the filing on November 05, 2025, and requested the company to proceed with the issuance in compliance with current regulations.

PTSC will finalize registration and listing of the additional shares with the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and the Hanoi Stock Exchange after receiving necessary approvals.
