MB Securities boosts capital and voting shares after public offering

MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) announced a significant change in its capital and voting shares following the completion of an additional public offering. On November 14, 2025, MBS disclosed that its charter capital increased by VND 687,339,530,000, bringing the new total to VND 6,587,267,870,000. This increase reflects the successful public offering concluded on November 13, 2025.

The total number of outstanding shares also increased by 68,733,953, reaching 658,726,787 shares. Notably, the number of treasury shares remained unchanged at 30,041, resulting in a corresponding increase in the number of outstanding voting shares by 68,733,953, to a new total of 658,696,746 shares.

This capital raise and increase in outstanding voting shares position MB Securities for future growth and operational expansion. The company stated that the reason for the change was the completion of the additional public offering to increase its charter capital.
