MB Securities completes public share offering, raises capital

MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) announced the successful completion of its public share offering, distributing all 68,733,953 shares offered. The offering, priced at VND 10,000 per share, generated total proceeds of VND 687,339,530,000. Following this issuance, MBS's charter capital increased from VND 5,899,928,340,000 to VND 6,587,267,870,000.

Existing shareholders subscribed for 67,546,901 shares, while the remaining 1,187,052 shares were acquired by MB, a major shareholder. These shares, purchased by MB, are subject to a one-year transfer restriction from November 13, 2025, to November 13, 2026. A total of 3,604 shares were canceled due to treasury shares not being eligible for subscription rights.

The board of directors has tasked the general director and relevant departments with reporting the issuance results to state authorities, amending the company’s charter, and updating registration and listing information to reflect the new charter capital.
