IPA Investments sets bond interest registration date

IPA Investments Group Joint Stock Company (IPA) has disclosed the final registration date for bondholders to receive interest on its IPAH2429005 bond, also known as IPA12405. The last day for registration is set for November 25, 2025. This payment constitutes the first interest installment for the period from December 4, 2024, to December 4, 2025.

The interest rate for the bond is 9.5% per annum. Each bond will receive VND 9,500,000, calculated as VND 100,000,000 (par value) multiplied by 9.5%. Interest payments will be rounded to the nearest unit, with decimals of 5 or higher rounded up and less than 5 truncated. The payment date is scheduled for December 4, 2025.

For deposited securities, bondholders should follow procedures at their depositing member institutions.
