Petrovietnam Power Services to hold extraordinary general meeting in december 2025

The Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Power Services JSC (PPS) has resolved to organize an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025. The meeting is scheduled for December 25, 2025, a Thursday, and will be conducted in person at the company's headquarters in Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The record date for determining shareholders eligible to attend is December 2, 2025.
