Ladophar completes private placement of 5.39m shares

Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC (Ladophar) has confirmed the successful completion of its private placement of 5,390,000 shares to professional securities investors. This announcement follows Official Letter No. 7235/UBCK-QLCB from the State Securities Commission, dated November 7, 2025, acknowledging Ladophar's report on the offering results and supplementary documents.

The State Securities Commission has accepted and processed the report in accordance with Article 11a of the Securities Law and Article 6 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP, as amended. All parties involved in the preparation of the offering documents complied with the relevant legal provisions.

Ladophar is advised to coordinate with the Hanoi Stock Exchange and the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation to complete the necessary procedures for registering, depositing, and listing these newly issued shares.
