Transportation and Trading Services director Tam to resign

Transportation and Trading Services Joint Stock Company (TJC) announced it received a resignation request from insider Mr. Tran Trong Tam on November 7, 2025. Mr. Tam currently serves as the company's director and as a member of the board of directors.

Mr. Tam's resignation from both his employment contract and his position on the board of directors is effective from November 15, 2025. He was appointed to the board during the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2025 for the remainder of the 2023-2028 term, and subsequently elected as the company's director in August 2025. His decision to resign is attributed to personal reasons.

Having served the company for over 20 years since July 2002, Mr. Tam expressed gratitude for the support received from the board of directors, management board, and employees. The company's general meeting of shareholders and board of directors are requested to approve his resignation from both roles.
