Thang Long to hold extraordinary shareholder meeting in November

Thang Long Joint Stock Corporation will convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on Friday, November 28, 2025, at 2:30 PM. The meeting will take place at the Tasco Building in Hanoi City. Shareholders on record as of October 24, 2025, are eligible to attend.

The agenda includes approving proposals from the board of directors, such as a private placement plan to increase charter capital, the conclusion of the 2024–2029 board of directors and supervisory board terms, and the election of new members for the 2025–2030 term. Additionally, amendments to the company’s business lines and charter will be discussed. Shareholders are encouraged to submit their attendance confirmations or proxy authorizations by 5:00 PM on November 24, 2025.
