Pharmedic announces interim cash dividend for 2025

Pharmedic Pharmaceutical Medicinal JSC (HNX:PMC) has announced an interim cash dividend for the first installment of 2025. The company will pay a dividend of 10% per share, equating to VND 1,000 per share. The record date for this dividend payment is November 24, 2025, with payment scheduled to commence on December 8, 2025.

Shareholders whose shares are held in custody will receive their dividends through their respective depository members. For shareholders with uncertificated shares, payment can be collected directly from Pharmedic's headquarters at 367 Nguyen Trai, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, starting December 8, 2025, during weekdays.

This dividend distribution aligns with resolutions passed by the General Meeting of Shareholders on April 19, 2025, and further affirmed by the Board of Directors on November 11, 2025. The decision underscores the company's commitment to shareholder returns, following a projected net profit after tax of VND 77,600 million for 2025.
