Song Hong Construction launches Xuan La Tower, a new real estate subsidiary

Song Hong Construction Joint Stock Company (INCOMEX) announced its decision to establish a new subsidiary named Xuan La Tower Joint Stock Company, with a charter capital of 120,000,000,000 dong, divided into 12,000,000 shares at a par value of 10,000 dong per share. Song Hong Construction will contribute 61,200,000,000 dong, acquiring 6,120,000 shares and holding a 51% stake in the new entity.

The new subsidiary, Xuan La Tower, will primarily engage in real estate business, including property ownership and leasing, real estate consulting and brokerage, short-term accommodation services, and construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Its main office will be located at Group 37, Cluster 5, Vo Chi Cong Street, Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi City.

Pham Quynh Trang has been appointed as the representative for Song Hong Construction's capital contribution, with a term of five years. She will oversee the establishment procedures and ensure compliance with legal obligations for the new company.
