Viglacera Tien Son board members resign amidst reorganization

Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company (HNX:VIT) announced on November 7, 2025, the resignations of Dang Minh Tam and Nguyen Duy Truc from their positions as board of directors members. Mr. Tam cited personal reasons for his resignation, while Mr. Truc stated his need to focus on managing production, developing large-format and specialized products, and improving manufacturing technology and innovation efforts.

Both resignations are effective until successors are elected at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on November 12, 2025. Mr. Tam and Mr. Truc will continue to fulfill their duties until that time. These resignations follow a decision by the board of directors of the General Corporation on March 14, 2025, regarding personnel adjustments and capital representation authorization.

Mr. Truc currently serves as a board of directors member, deputy general director of Viglacera Tien Son JSC, and director of Viglacera Eurotile brick factory. Mr. Tam is also a board of directors member for the 2023-2027 term.
