Vietnam Germany Steel Pipe elects new board members, approves major project

Vietnam Germany Steel Pipe Joint Stock Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 7, 2025, approved the dismissal of three Board of Controllers members and the election of three new members for the 2022-2026 term. The newly elected members are Pham Quoc Hung, Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, and Vu Thi Son. This decision received 100% approval from attending shareholders, representing 31,520,443 valid voting shares.

Additionally, shareholders approved a policy to conduct an investment cooperation transaction. This involves mobilizing capital for the Viet Duc Legend City Urban Area Project, with a maximum mobilization of 50% of the project's total investment at any given time. This initiative also received unanimous approval, representing 31,520,443 valid voting shares.
