Vinacomin - HaLam Coal announces board and supervisory board resignations

Vinacomin - HaLam Coal JSC (HNX:HLC) announced on October 31, 2025, the receipt of resignation letters from Dinh Trung Kien, a member of the board of directors, and Luong Xuan Quang, head of the supervisory board and a member of the supervisory board.
