Educational Book JSC names new legal representative, board members

Educational Book JSC, trading under the stock code SGD, has undergone substantial leadership restructuring following an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and a board of directors meeting on October 30, 2025. The company announced the appointment of Pham Thi Minh Nguyet as the new legal representative and general director, replacing Ngo Trong Vinh, who resigned from his position as chairman of the board of directors and legal representative.

The extraordinary general meeting, attended by shareholders holding 90.18% of the voting shares (equivalent to 3,646,013 shares out of 4,137,000 voting shares), approved the dismissal of four members of the board of directors and three members of the supervisory board for the 2024-2028 term. Concurrently, the board of directors was expanded to six members. New appointments to the board include Nguyen Tan Phuc as chairman, Pham Thi Minh Nguyet as a member, Nguyen Tu Ky as a member, Van The Hien as an independent member, Phan Thi Hong Van as an independent member, and Le Thi Tuyet Minh as a member.

Additionally, the supervisory board for the 2024-2028 term will comprise Nguyen Thanh Ha as head, and Tran Ngoc Suong and Pham Thi Bich Ngoc as members. The company also updated its charter, reflecting changes in the legal representative's title and clarifying the number of board of directors members.
