Sametel invests in Global Minds Fund I, taking 33.33% stake

Sametel Corporation has announced its board of directors' resolution to approve an investment in Global Minds Fund I. The company will contribute VND 6,750,000,000, acquiring a 33.33% stake in the fund's charter capital. This investment will classify Global Minds Fund I as an associate company of Sametel.

The resolution, dated November 3, 2025, details the approval of the capital contribution and grants authorization to Ms. Vu Thi Phuong, the general director, to execute all necessary procedures related to the investment.

This decision reflects Sametel's strategic direction and commitment to expanding its investment portfolio and strengthening its market presence.
