PVI Asset Management completes insider share sale

PVI Asset Management Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of the same parent company as Hanoi Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation, has successfully completed an insider share transaction involving PRE shares. The company, represented by its standing vice chairman of the BOD, sold 105,200 PRE shares, equating to 0.1% of its holdings, between October 9 and October 28, 2025. This transaction was conducted via order matching on the HNX exchange.

The total value of the executed transaction, calculated based on par value, amounted to VND 1,052,000,000. Following the sale, PVI Asset Management no longer holds any PRE shares. However, an affiliated person of the internal person still holds 20,000 PRE shares, representing 0.02% ownership. The transaction was fully completed, with no registered amount left unexecuted.
