Phuc Thinh reverses loss to post significant profit in Q3 2025

Phuc Thinh Design Construction Trading Corporation (PTD) announced a notable financial turnaround for Q3 2025, reporting a profit after tax of VND 358,026,589. This contrasts sharply with a loss of VND (9,201,912,158) in Q3 2024, marking a 104% change. Total revenue from sales and services rendered surged by 70% to VND 73,086,607,771 in Q3 2025, up from VND 43,051,138,210 in the same period last year.

The company's cost of goods sold also increased but at a slower pace of 44%, rising to VND 63,967,599,690 from VND 44,518,318,779 in Q3 2024. This differential growth resulted in a gross profit of VND 9,119,008,081 for Q3 2025, a significant improvement from the VND (1,467,180,569) loss in Q3 2024.

Additionally, financial income saw a substantial rise to VND 76,208,161 in Q3 2025 from VND 10,523,910 in Q3 2024, contributing to the overall positive financial performance. The company’s consolidated interim balance sheet shows total assets increasing to VND 357,915,122,135 at the end of Q3 2025, from VND 203,567,404,197 at the beginning of the year.
