Ha Tay Pharmaceutical boosts capital and voting shares

Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (HNX:DHT) has disclosed an increase in its charter capital and the total number of voting shares, effective October 30, 2025. The company's charter capital has risen from VND 823,417,730,000 to VND 905,755,510,000, following an increase of VND 82,337,780,000.

This change is attributed to the issuance of new shares to increase capital from the owner's equity. Consequently, the total number of shares has increased from 82,341,773 to 90,575,551, with 8,233,778 new shares issued. The number of treasury shares remains constant at 1,513 before and after the change.

The number of shares with voting rights has also increased, from 82,340,260 to 90,574,038, reflecting the issuance of 8,233,778 additional voting shares. This announcement was made to the State Securities Commission and the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
