Educational Book JSC elects new board, supervisory members

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 of Educational Book JSC in Ho Chi Minh City, held on October 30, 2025, approved several key resolutions. These included the dismissal of four existing members of the board of directors and three members of the supervisory board. The meeting then elected replacements and additions, increasing the board of directors to six members.

The newly elected board of directors members for the 2024–2028 term are Nguyen Tan Phuc (chairman), Pham Thi Minh Nguyet, Nguyen Tu Ky, Van The Hien, Phan Thi Hong Van, and Le Thi Tuyet Minh. The supervisory board for the same term includes Nguyen Thanh Ha (head), Tran Ngoc Suong, and Pham Thi Bich Ngoc. All motions for new appointments passed with high approval rates, with the board of directors appointments receiving 82.65% of participating voting shares and supervisory board appointments receiving 100%.

Furthermore, the meeting approved an amendment to the company's charter, changing the legal representative's title from chairman of the board of directors to general director. The charter was also updated to reflect the increased number of board of directors members and revised regulations concerning the nomination and election of board members.
