Visicons Construction reports strong Q3 profit growth, revenue surges

Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company reported a net profit after tax of VND 5,461,844,479 for the third quarter of 2025, an increase from VND 5,273,454,840 in the same period of 2024. For the nine-month period ended September 30, 2025, the company achieved a net profit after tax of VND 26,482,601,507, compared to VND 20,677,459,886 in the corresponding period of 2024. Total assets at the end of Q3 2025 stood at VND 947,660,263,821, a slight decrease from VND 993,485,205,027 at the beginning of the year.

The company's revenues from sales of goods and rendering of services for Q3 2025 reached VND 350,354,363,393, up from VND 231,964,115,839 in Q3 2024. This resulted in a gross profit of VND 38,750,298,966 for the quarter, an increase from VND 15,219,939,440 year-over-year. Operating profit for Q3 2025 was VND 6,496,258,571, compared to VND 6,020,576,618 in Q3 2024.

Current assets decreased to VND 868,365,474,930 from VND 900,377,012,934 at the start of the year, while non-current assets also saw a decline from VND 93,108,192,093 to VND 79,294,788,891. Total liabilities for the period ended September 30, 2025, amounted to VND 780,893,110,321, down from VND 843,460,967,034 at the beginning of 2025. Owners' equity increased to VND 166,767,153,500 from VND 150,024,237,993.
