TNG announces new leadership for sustainability subcommittee

TNG Investment and Trading JSC’s board of directors has passed Resolution No. 610/NQ-HĐQT on October 31, 2025, to reorganize the personnel of its Sustainability Subcommittee. The resolution includes the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Manh Linh from his positions as head and member of the Sustainability Subcommittee, effective November 1, 2025.

Concurrently, Mr. Dao Duc Thanh has been appointed as a new member of the Sustainability Subcommittee for the remaining term of 2025-2026, effective November 1, 2025. Furthermore, Mr. Nguyen Duc Manh, standing vice chairman of the board of directors, has been appointed as the new head of the Sustainability Subcommittee, effective November 1, 2025. The board of directors' meeting No. 610A/BB-HĐQT confirmed these changes, with all six attending members voting unanimously in favor.

Following these changes, the Sustainability Subcommittee for the 2025-2026 term will comprise Mr. Nguyen Duc Manh as head, Ms. Doan Thi Thu as a member, and Mr. Dao Duc Thanh as a member. This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
