SCG Group approves contract amendments for major construction projects

On November 1, 2025, the board of directors of SCG Construction Group Joint Stock Company (SCG) passed Resolution No. 3.2./2025/SCG/NQ-HĐQT, approving the signing of several addenda to existing construction contracts.

These addenda include agreements with Hemera Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd., referencing contract No. 121/HĐ/HMR-SCG dated April 25, 2025. The first addendum, valued at VND 91,726,911,258 (including VAT), covers the supply and installation of sanitary and kitchen equipment for the "High-rise condominium combined with commercial and office project, B1 lot" in Tan Phu Ward, District 7, for towers S2, S3, and S4. A second addendum with Hemera, also for the "High-rise condominium combined with commercial and office project," involves the supply and installation of kitchen cabinets, lavabo cabinets, and countertops for towers S2, S3, and S4, with a contract value of VND 47,871,331,967 (including VAT).

Additionally, SCG approved addenda to contracts with Song Nhue Asset Management Joint Stock Company and Xuan La Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, pertaining to construction contract No. 3112/HĐTC/SN-XL-SCG dated December 31, 2022. The value of this contract was adjusted from a provisional VND 6,234,200,000 to VND 6,243,842,742 (excluding VAT). The general director of SCG is authorized to negotiate, decide on content, and sign all necessary documents, including amendments, extensions, or terminations of these addenda.
