Nguyen Hoang Anh Quan has reported becoming a major shareholder in National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank, effective October 20, 2025. Prior to the transaction, Quan held 39,893,556 shares, representing 3.04% of the voting shares. After acquiring an additional 55,856,565 shares, his individual holdings increased to 95,793,335 shares, or 4.97% of the voting shares.

Combined with the holdings of his related party, Phan Nguyen Thi Bich Chi, who holds 8,984,301 shares (0.76%), their total combined ownership now stands at 104,734,422 shares. This represents 5.73% of the outstanding voting shares, officially making Quan and his related party a major shareholder group in the bank.
