Hung Hau Agricultural Corporation's Q4 profit dips 12% despite revenue surge

Hung Hau Agricultural Corporation recorded an after-tax profit of VND 12,714,539,807 in Q4 2025, a decrease of VND 1,758,190,449 from Q4 2024. This decline occurred despite a robust 50% increase in net revenue, reaching VND 604,381,148,195, and a 42% rise in gross profit to VND 42,159,246,120.

The profit reduction was primarily driven by several expense increases and a decrease in financial income. Financial income fell by 5%, while interest expenses surged by 32%. Selling expenses increased by 44%, and general and administrative expenses grew by 41%.

A notable factor contributing to the profit decrease was a substantial 363% rise in current corporate income tax expenses, amounting to VND 6,904,910,079 compared to the same period in 2024.
