TNG sanctioned by customs department for administrative violations

TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (TNG) announced today that it received a decision from the Customs Department on October 27, 2025, imposing administrative sanctions. The violation stems from discrepancies between actual inventory of imported raw materials and customs declarations at the end of 2024, resulting in an underpayment of taxes.

The total tax underpayment, identified during a post-clearance inspection, amounted to VND 53,722,026. TNG has been fined 20% of this amount, totaling VND 10,744,405. The company confirmed that it had already paid the outstanding tax amount to the State Budget prior to the issuance of the violation report.

The administrative sanction applies to TNG's operations across multiple projects, including factories in Song Cong, Dai Tu, Son Cam, Phu Binh, Dong Hy, and Vo Nhai. The company must comply with the decision and has the right to appeal or initiate administrative lawsuits.
