Ladophar raises VND59.29 bn in private placement

Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC (Ladophar) announced the successful completion of a private placement, raising VND59,290,000,000 from professional investors. The company distributed 5,390,000 shares at VND11,000 per share, representing 39.52% of the total 13,640,000 shares offered. This strategic move, approved by the board of directors on October 27, 2025, will see the total outstanding shares increase to 18,728,167.

The offering attracted only domestic investors, with APC Holdings emerging as a key participant, acquiring 5,390,000 shares, representing 28.78% of the post-offering outstanding shares. Shares issued in this placement are subject to a one-year transfer restriction for professional investors, with specific exemptions for transfers between professional investors, legal judgments, arbitration decisions, or inheritance. The offering concluded on October 26, 2025.

Ladophar's board of directors has authorized the legal representative to execute all necessary procedures, including reporting the results to the State Securities Commission, updating the business registration certificate for new charter capital, amending company regulations, and registering additional securities for listing on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
