AAV Group reports strong Q3 2025 financial performance, reversing prior year loss

AAV Group Joint Stock Company (AAV Group) released its reviewed interim consolidated financial statements for Q3 2025, showing a substantial increase in financial performance. The company’s consolidated net revenue for the first nine months of 2025 reached VND 204.7bn, a significant rise from VND 3.47bn in the same period of 2024. This growth contributed to a total accounting profit before tax of VND 33.5bn for Q3 2025, reversing a loss of VND 1.9bn in Q3 2024. The consolidated profit after corporate income tax for the first nine months of 2025 was VND 34.26bn, compared to a loss of VND 7.16bn in the corresponding period of 2024.

The company's asset base expanded, with total assets increasing to VND 973.76bn as of September 30, 2025, up from VND 933.95bn at the beginning of the year. Current assets notably increased, driven by a surge in cash and cash equivalents to VND 38.66bn from VND 7.79bn. Long-term assets in progress also saw an increase to VND 221.83bn from VND 206.97bn, reflecting the company’s ongoing investment in construction projects such as the Yet Kieu Residential Area Development, Con Son Project, and Tran Hung Dao Project.

AAV Group is involved in construction, real estate business, and goods trading, with subsidiaries like AAV Land Joint Stock Company focusing on real estate and Huy Ngan Development Joint Stock Company on petroleum trading. The company's diverse portfolio also includes investments in associates, such as AAV Afforestation Joint Stock Company (40.00% equity interest) and Xuan Truong Construction - Trading Joint Stock Company (23.37% equity interest).
