VNECO 3 updates business registration following Nghe An province reorganization

VNECO 3 Electricity Construction JSC announced an amendment to its business registration certificate, effective October 21, 2025. The updated registration, received on October 22, 2025, confirms VNECO 3's charter capital remains VND 13,197,100,000, divided into 1,319,710 shares at a par value of VND 10,000 per share. Tran Duc Thanh continues as the legal representative and general director, while Dao Ngoc Quynh serves as chairman of the board. Key contact details, including phone and fax numbers, remain unchanged.

The company's tax registration information also reflects these updates, with Tran Duc Thanh listed as general director and Bui Duc Long as chief accountant. VNECO 3 maintains independent accounting, with its financial year running from January 1 to December 31, and uses the credit-invoice method for VAT calculation.
