PetroVietnam Oil Phu Yen expands business, updates charter and address

PetroVietnam Oil Phu Yen Joint Stock Company (PPY) announced its shareholders approved the addition of new business lines, updated administrative geographical information, and amendments to the company's charter via a written ballot. Total shares with voting rights were 9,343,974.

Out of 376 letters and ballots sent, 61 ballots representing 8,005,819 shares, or 85.68% of the charter capital, were received by October 18, 2025. The resolutions passed with a significant majority. For instance, the proposal to add business lines received 7,974,878 approved votes, representing 85.35% of the total voting shares, while 30,941 votes were no opinion. Similar voting patterns were observed for updating administrative information and amending the company charter, with 7,975,357 approved votes, representing 85.35% for both.

The newly approved business lines include refined petroleum product manufacturing (specifically, fuel blending) under industry code 1920, and other manufacturing not elsewhere classified (specifically, fuel blending) under industry code 3290. The company also updated its registered address from Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen province, to Tuy Hoa, Dak Lak province, following administrative boundary adjustments. These changes are effective from October 23, 2025.
