Hai Phong Petrolimex sees substantial Q3 profit surge on strong transport revenue

Hai Phong Petrolimex Transportation and Services Joint Stock Company (PTS) reported a consolidated net profit after tax of VND 6,440,045,260 for Quarter 3, 2025, a significant increase of VND 5,358,944,027 compared to the same period in 2024. The parent company's net profit after tax rose to VND 6,632,217,372, an increase of VND 5,464,743,357 over Q3 2024.

This substantial growth was primarily attributed to a rise in transport revenue, which reached VND 59,396,048,943 in Q3 2025. Profit from transport activities, after deducting financial expenses, amounted to VND 8,468,618,116. However, financial activities recorded a loss of VND 1,212,021,963, mainly due to bank loan interest expenses.

The shipbuilding and repair subsidiary experienced a loss of VND 239,052,545, with revenue of only VND 974,083,256, reflecting a sluggish market. Despite this, the overall consolidated performance indicates a robust financial quarter for PTS.
