Sunshine Group insiders boost KSF holdings through share swaps

Mr. Do Anh Tuan, chairman of the board of directors of Sunshine Group JSC, and his related persons have increased their KSF shareholdings through a swap of SSH shares for KSF shares. Mr. Tuan now holds 552,721,860 KSF shares, representing 61.43% of the company. His related persons collectively hold 595,481,184 KSF shares, or 66.18%.

Other insiders also participated in similar transactions. Ms. Do Thi Hong Nhung swapped shares, bringing her total to 6,221,860 KSF shares (0.69%). Mr. Do Van Truong swapped shares, increasing his total to 36,221,860 KSF shares (4.03%).

Similarly, Mr. Do Ngoc Anh exchanged 24,000 KSF shares, resulting in a total holding of 24,010 KSF shares (0.0027%), while Mr. Ho Duc Viet also exchanged 24,000 KSF shares, bringing his total to 479,060 KSF shares (0.053%). Mr. Vu Le Hieu swapped 12,000 KSF shares, increasing his total to 100,744 KSF shares (0.011%). All transactions were completed on October 22, 2025.
