Ngan Son JSC to close Lang Son branch as part of restructuring

Ngan Son Joint Stock Company (Ngan Son JSC) has issued Decision No. 73/QD-NST, effective November 1, 2025, to terminate the operations of its Lang Son City branch. The decision follows a series of approvals, including Resolution No. 70/NQ-NST from the board of directors on October 24, 2025, and Resolution No. 363/NQ-TLVN from the board of members of Vietnam National Tobacco Corporation on October 21, 2025, both related to the company's restructuring plan.

The Lang Son branch, previously located at 84 My Son Street, Dong Kinh Ward, Lang Son City, operated under business registration certificate No. 0100100199-008. This strategic move is directly attributed to the company's decision to reorganize its branch operations.

The board of directors, through its chairman Hoang Anh Tuan, has instructed the company’s general director and relevant departments to complete all necessary procedures for the branch's closure in accordance with legal regulations. Key stakeholders, including the Lang Son Provincial Department of Finance, have been notified of the decision.
