MB Securities amends license, boosts capital by VND171.8bn

MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) received an amended license for the establishment and operation of a securities business from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam on October 24, 2025. This adjustment follows several regulatory updates, including the Securities Law and Decree. The amended license, effective from the date of issuance, supersedes the previous License dated December 9, 2013.

A key change highlighted in the amended license is an increase in MBS's charter capital. The previous charter capital stood at VND5,728,129,810,000, which has now been raised to VND5,899,928,340,000. This capital increase was achieved through the issuance of shares to boost share capital from owner's equity. The company’s primary operations remain headquartered in Hanoi.

The updated license and the change in charter capital have been officially published on MBS's website on October 24, 2025. This regulatory update solidifies MBS’s operational framework in line with the latest Vietnamese securities regulations, reinforcing its financial capacity and commitment to compliance within the market.
