SIMCO Song Da reports significant Q3 2025 after-tax loss

SIMCO Song Da Joint Stock Company (HNX:SDA) reported an after-tax loss of VND 1,301,942,372 for the third quarter of 2025, a significant reversal from the after-tax profit of VND 357,619,413 recorded in the same period of the previous year. The company attributed this change to lower revenue, which resulted in gross profit being insufficient to cover administrative expenses.

The accumulated net profit from business activities for the first nine months of 2025 also reflects this downturn, with a loss of VND 1,890,703,564 compared to a profit of VND 358,086,965 in the prior year's period. Total assets for SIMCO Song Da stood at VND 154,013,134,657 as of September 30, 2025, a slight decrease from VND 156,120,770,195 at the beginning of the year.
