Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile reports Q3 2025 financials, shows profit growth

Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile Co-Operation reported its consolidated financial statements for the third quarter of 2025, ending September 30, 2025. Total assets decreased to VND 86,537,424,739 from VND 94,122,343,804 at the beginning of the year. Current assets saw a notable reduction from VND 24,956,780,216 to VND 20,967,594,478, while non-current assets also declined to VND 65,569,830,261 from VND 69,165,563,588.

Liabilities also decreased, with total liabilities falling to VND 29,399,478,571 from VND 39,242,084,285. This reduction was primarily driven by a significant drop in short-term liabilities from VND 38,734,606,921 to VND 12,683,249,931. Owner's equity, however, increased to VND 57,137,946,168 from VND 54,880,259,519 at the start of the year.

The company's net profit after corporate income tax for the third quarter of 2025 was VND 934,017,205, contributing to an accumulated net profit of VND 1,808,645,485 for the first nine months. This compares favorably to the third quarter of 2024, which reported a net profit of VND 859,778,949. Basic earnings per share for the quarter were 277, up from 255 in the same period last year.
