DIC No. 2 reports 10.85% profit increase in Q3 2025

Development Investment Construction Number 2 JSC reported a Q3 2025 after-tax profit of VND 1,491,462,321, an increase of 10.85% compared to VND 1,345,417,960 in Q3 2024. This growth is primarily attributed to a stable production environment, which led to a 16.04% rise in revenue from sales and service provision, reaching VND 63,233,634,028, up from VND 54,493,017,437 in the prior year.

Gross profit also saw a substantial increase of 20.32% to VND 10,374,868,932 in Q3 2025, compared to VND 8,622,858,303 in Q3 2024. Despite financial expenses increasing by 34.85% to VND 3,300,153,796 and an 82.02% decrease in other income, the company's net profit from business activities rose by 16.63% to VND 2,164,755,198. Overall, total accounting profit before tax for Q3 2025 grew by 12.80% to VND 2,256,344,360.
