40 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has announced an advance cash dividend for 2025, with a payment ratio of 5% per share, equivalent to VND 500 per share. This distribution applies to both depository and non-depository shares.

The record date for determining eligible shareholders is November 20, 2025. The payment date for this dividend advance is scheduled for December 2, 2025. For shareholders with depository shares, the dividend will be received through their respective depository members.
