Saigon Hotel sees strong Q3 profit growth, driven by sales and financial income

SaiGon Hotel Corporation announced a net revenue of VND 11,273,604,371 in Q3 2025, an 8.9% increase compared to the same period in 2024. This growth was complemented by a substantial rise in financial income, which surged by 138.9% to VND 2,993,759,423, primarily due to dividend receipts from OCB.

Gross profit for the quarter reached VND 4,928,942,030, marking a 10.8% increase from Q3 2024. Profit after tax saw a remarkable 55.83% jump to VND 4,131,708,148. This strong performance indicates effective cost management, as the cost of goods sold increased by 7.49%, lower than the revenue growth rate.

Total accounting profit before tax rose to VND 5,175,841,431, up by 55.49% from the previous year. This substantial improvement reflects the company's expanding sales and service operations, boosting overall profitability.
