Portserco Logistics to issue new shares in public offering

Portserco Logistics Joint Stock Company announced on October 15, 2025, that it received Certificate No. 405/GCN-UBCK from the State Securities Commission on October 14, 2025. This certificate approves the additional public offering of shares.
