HTC Holding names Doan Cong Dung new CEO, Tran Dang Khoa steps down

HTC Holding Joint Stock Company announced the appointment of Doan Cong Dung as its new chief executive officer and legal representative, effective October 16, 2025. The decision was made following resolutions passed by the board of directors on the same date. Doan Cong Dung, born in 1982 with an intermediate law qualification, will assume responsibilities and rights as stipulated in the company's charter and the Enterprise Law, including salary and allowances.

The company also announced the resignation of Tran Dang Khoa from the position of chief executive officer and legal representative, effective October 16, 2025. This change is attributed to a restructuring of the company's organizational framework.

Both decisions were made pursuant to the Law on Enterprises No. 59/2020/QH14, the company's charter (5th amendment and supplement), and the board of directors' meeting minutes dated October 16, 2025. The management board, heads of divisions, departments, and related affiliated units, along with Doan Cong Dung, are responsible for implementing these decisions.
