Educational Book JSC shareholders approve project halt, office renovation

Educational Book JSC shareholders in Da Nang City have approved key proposals in their 2025 extraordinary general meeting, conducted via written ballot. Of 1,925,658 outstanding shares, 22 out of 225 shareholders participated, representing 1,402,097 shares, or 72.81% of the company's charter capital.

Shareholders overwhelmingly approved both proposed resolutions with a 72.81% vote in favor. The first resolution, the 2025 Shareholder Written Ballot Regulations, was passed. The second resolution, concerning the discontinuation of the 78 Pasteur project in Da Nang City and the initiation of repairs and renovations for office use, also received approval.

The ballot results indicate strong shareholder support for the strategic changes. The resolution officially came into effect on October 16, 2025.
