Thong Nhat sees strong Q3 2025 profit growth

Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company (HNX:BAX) reported a notable increase in its Q3 2025 financial performance. Profit after corporate income tax rose by 24.79% to VND7,142,685,700 compared to VND5,723,639,232 in the same period last year. Total revenue for the quarter also saw a healthy increase of 26.19% year-on-year, reaching VND24,516,916,518 from VND19,428,231,987.

This revenue growth was primarily attributed to the Service Center Area Project, with recognized revenue from the sale of social housing apartments, and the Industrial Park Project, which experienced increased revenue from clean water supply and wastewater treatment services. Total costs for the quarter increased by 27.45%, to VND15,502,709,814, in line with the higher revenue, while administrative expenses decreased by 25.12%.

Profit before tax for Q3 2025 also demonstrated strong growth, rising by 24.08% to VND9,014,206,704 from VND7,264,918,114 in Q3 2024. The financial information was officially published on the company's website on October 14, 2025.
