Sunshine Group sees Q3 2025 profit soar on strong real estate

Sunshine Group JSC announced a remarkable increase in its Q3 2025 financial performance, with separate profit after corporate income tax rising by 169.55 billion VND (123,300.97%) compared to Q3 2024, reaching 169.69 billion VND. This growth was primarily attributed to a sharp increase in gross profit from consulting services (186.97 billion VND) and real estate transfer activities (63.96 billion VND).

On a consolidated basis, Q3 2025 profit after corporate income tax surged by 1,478.80 billion VND (5,008.54%) to 1,508.322 billion VND year-over-year. This was largely due to a 2,609.11 billion VND (3,388.68%) increase in gross profit from real estate business activities at its subsidiaries. However, financial profit decreased by 205.68 billion VND as the rise in financial expenses (298.41 billion VND) outpaced financial income growth (92.73 billion VND).

Selling expenses also saw a significant increase of 495.42 billion VND (8,870.82%), driven by higher brokerage commissions and interest support expenses to accelerate sales. The company also clarified changes in its charter capital to 8,997,873,080,000 VND as of October 1, 2025, following a public tender offer for Sunshine Homes Development Joint Stock Company shares.
