PTSC Middle East branch to cease UAE operations in 2026

PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) has announced the non-renewal of the business registration license for its Middle East branch in the UAE. The decision, formalized by the board of directors on October 13, 2025, through Resolution No. 826/QĐ-PTSC-HĐQT, will see the branch's Abu Dhabi office cease operations after March 21, 2026.

Despite the non-renewal, the Abu Dhabi office will maintain its operations until March 21, 2026. After this date, all business development activities and related work for the PTSC Middle East branch will be centralized at the corporation's headquarters at 1-5 Le Duan, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The general director has been authorized to oversee all necessary procedures for the closure, including the cancellation of the business license and labor visas.

This move aligns with the board of directors' review of a proposal from the general director dated September 11, 2025. The announcement was made to the State Securities Commission and the Hanoi Stock Exchange, ensuring transparency regarding the corporation's strategic adjustments.
