HTC Holding announces multiple leadership resignations

HTC Holding Joint Stock Company (CET) today announced the receipt of several resignation letters from its internal personnel, effective October 14, 2025. This includes Mr. Nguyen The Tai, who resigned from his position as chairman of the board of directors (BOD) and a member of the BOD. Mr. Pham Dang Khoa also resigned as a member of the BOD.
