COKYVINA appoints new corporate governance officer, secretary

COKYVINA Joint Stock Company has appointed Ms. Nguyen Hai Yeu as the new corporate governance officer cum company secretary. This appointment, effective October 10, 2025, is for a term of one year, as per Board Resolution No. 16/NQ-CKV-HĐQT. Prior to this role, Ms. Nguyen Hai Yeu served as a staff member in the general legal affairs department.

Concurrently, Mr. Phan Nhat Tan has been dismissed from his position as secretary of the board of directors, also effective October 10, 2025. According to Board Resolution No. 15/NQ-CKV-HĐQT, Mr. Phan Nhat Tan's dismissal is due to a transfer to another department. He is responsible for handing over all related work, files, and documents to the general legal affairs department.

These personnel changes were officially announced to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and published on the company's website on October 10, 2025. The resolutions were approved by the board of directors following internal procedures and in accordance with Vietnamese corporate and securities laws.
