Sonadezi Long Binh board approves security service deal with related entity

The Sonadezi Long Binh Shareholding Company (SZB) announced its Board of Directors has approved a related-party transaction involving Sonadezi Security Service Co., Ltd. The agreement covers security services for several industrial zones, including Thanh Phu, Bien Hoa 2 & Tan Hiep, Go Dau, and Xuan Loc. This resolution was adopted on October 9, 2025.

The total value of these security service transactions is approximately VND 8 billion. The aggregate value of all related-party transactions anticipated to occur within a 12-month period is projected to be less than 35% of the company's total assets, as reported in its most recent financial statements.
