SCI Joint Stock Company fined for customs re-import violations

SCI Joint Stock Company has been issued two administrative violation decisions by the Na Meo International Customs Sub-Department. Decision No. 23/QĐ-XPHC, dated October 3, 2025, imposed a fine of VND 7,350,000 for failing to re-import goods within the registered timeframe for two declarations. The company’s repeated violations were noted as an aggravating circumstance.

A second penalty, Decision No. 24/QĐ-XPHC, dated October 5, 2025, levied a fine of VND 8,850,000 for similar re-import violations concerning two other declarations. This decision also cited repeat violations as an aggravating factor.

SCI Joint Stock Company is required to pay both fines to the State Treasury Region XI within 10 days of receiving the decisions. Failure to comply will result in enforcement, with an additional 0.05% penalty per day on the unpaid amount. The company reserves the right to appeal or initiate administrative lawsuits against these decisions.
